Sunday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Office hours are Eastern Time.

Cleaning services are available 24/7 by appointment, subject to availability. Office hours apply to calls, quote reviews, and scheduling support. Requests sent outside office hours can be reviewed during the next office opening.

Your personalized quote

Pricing depends on your property size, condition, cleaning service, and selected add-ons. Tell us about special surfaces, pets, access needs, and heavy buildup so we can prepare an accurate scope.

Confirming your cleaning

Submitting the form requests a quote. Your requested date depends on availability. Review and approve the quoted scope and confirm your appointment directly with CWW Cleaners before completing booking and payment.

Priority Scheduling Fee

Same-day cleaning or cleaning scheduled within four days of your request may carry an additional Priority Scheduling Fee, depending on availability. Any applicable fee will be shown in your quote before approval, booking, or payment.

Payment

Your personalized quote and Square invoice payment link will be sent by email. Your invoice will show the quoted amount and payment due date. Enter card or other payment details only during secure Square checkout. Do not send payment details through the quote form or by email.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than two days (48 hours) of notice before the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Requests made with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. A new appointment is subject to availability and confirmation by CWW Cleaners.

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fee amount will be disclosed in your quote or booking terms before you confirm your appointment. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or request a change.
